At DitropGo (“DitropGo,” “we,” or “our”), we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and equitable environment for all users of our platform and application (the “DitropGo Platform”), including riders, drivers, employees, and partners (each a “DitropGo User”). This Social Code outlines expected standards of behavior to ensure that all interactions within the DitropGo Platform remain professional, inclusive, and positive. DitropGo maintains sole discretion in interpreting and enforcing this Social Code. This Social Code is incorporated by reference into DitropGo’s Terms of Service.
1. Safe & Respectful Network
DitropGo is committed to safety, fairness, and respect for every individual using our platform. DitropGo Users shall:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the DitropGo Platform.
- Treat all individuals with respect, including drivers, riders, and support staff.
- Foster a safe, harassment-free environment for all DitropGo Users.
Adhering to these standards ensures that DitropGo remains a trusted and positive platform for transportation.
2. Fair Dealing
All DitropGo Users must engage with honesty, transparency, and fairness. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of identity, vehicle details, or trip information.
- Misuse of personal data.
- Manipulation or deceit intended to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Forced Labor & Human Rights
DitropGo strictly supports ethical business practices and human rights. The following are prohibited:
- Forced labor, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation.
If any DitropGo User is found involved in such activities, DitropGo will notify law enforcement and fully cooperate under applicable laws.
4. Professionalism & Conduct
All DitropGo Users are expected to maintain professionalism and courteous conduct.
Drivers:
- Comply with all local driving laws and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
- Respect riders and engage professionally.
- Avoid unsafe or illegal driving behaviors (speeding, impaired driving, reckless behavior).
Riders:
- Be courteous and practice proper social etiquette.
- Respect the cleanliness and condition of the driver’s vehicle.
- Comply with all applicable laws and DitropGo policies.
5. Violations & Loss of Access
DitropGo prioritizes user safety and security. A DitropGo User’s access may be suspended or terminated immediately, with or without notice, for violations, including:
- Illegal activities or data privacy breaches.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
- Unsafe conduct, including reckless driving or failure to follow safety protocols.
- Substance abuse while using the platform.
6. Feedback & Reporting
DitropGo values feedback and continuous improvement. Users are encouraged to:
- Report inappropriate behavior or misconduct promptly.
- Contact DitropGo Support for assistance.
- Leave feedback after every trip via the app.
7. Social Media Guidelines
DitropGo Users shall not post content that may harm the reputation of DitropGo, the Platform, or other Users. Specifically:
- Do not harass, defame, threaten, or spread false information about DitropGo or Users.
- Do not share misleading information about DitropGo services or operations.
- Avoid offensive or harmful discussions related to DitropGo or other Users.
Maintaining professionalism online preserves DitropGo as a trusted platform.
8. Amendments & Updates
DitropGo reserves the right to update this Social Code periodically. Users should review it regularly. Continued use of the DitropGo Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
